The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and kitchen management, with experience in fine dining, catering, and menu planning. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety, and leading a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking. Manage inventory control and ensure proper food handling practices. Plan and create menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations. Coordinate banquet services and special events, ensuring high-quality food service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor food production processes to maintain quality and consistency. Skills Proven experience in a culinary role within the food industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent cooking skills with a focus on fine dining techniques. Experience in menu planning and catering services. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Ability to manage inventory effectively, including ordering supplies as needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food presentation. Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing shifts efficiently. Familiarity with restaurant management practices and hospitality standards. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
