Role Overview The Director of EPC will lead and scale RCM's Engineering, Procurement, and Construction business, driving execution excellence, commercial growth, and client success. This management-level role oversees the full EPC lifecycle — from pre-sales and proposals through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. The Director will build a high-performing team, ensure financial and operational accountability, and cultivate partnerships with utilities, IPPs, data centers, OEMs, and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership Define and execute RCM's EPC growth strategy in alignment with company objectives. Expand market presence in power, renewables, utilities, data center infrastructure, and engineering services sectors. Lead business development initiatives, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. Build and mentor a multidisciplinary EPC organization (engineering, procurement, construction management, project controls). EPC Project Execution Oversee the full lifecycle of EPC projects, ensuring coordination with EHS, QA/QC/quality, schedule, budget, and regulatory compliance from pre-construction to execution and project closeout. Serve as the management lead for oversight of major EPC projects, managing risk, contracts, and profitability. Implement standardized systems, tools, and best practices for EPC execution and reporting. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery. Client & Partner Engagement Serve as primary contact for key clients, ensuring delivery excellence and long-term relationships. Represent RCM in negotiations and partnerships with utilities, data center operators, OEMs, and subcontractors. Promote RCM Energy Services at industry events, conferences, and client forums. Financial & Operational Management Own EPC budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and P&L accountability. Manage internal and external resources to optimize efficiency and quality. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (NERC, FERC, IEEE, IEC and utility connection standards. Qualifications 15+ years of EPC leadership experience, including utility-scale or infrastructure projects. Bachelors in engineering or construction management (Master's or PE license preferred). Proven track record in successfully managing multi-million-dollar EPC contracts and large cross-functional teams. Proven experience and understanding in building EPC project financial models including risk/contingency, cash flow, gap analysis, and project organizational structure Strong commercial acumen in contract negotiation (EPC, EPCM, Design-Build). Strong ties with suppliers and client decision makers. Familiarity with U.S. utility regulations, ISOs (e.g., CAISO, PJM, ERCOT), and interconnection standards. Broad reach across multiple sectors and awareness of current and upcoming client trends and ability to capitalize on trends (e.g., data centers, renewables, utility expansion plans) Why Join RCM Technologies?
