Construction Laborer/Foreman

Bella Construction Company, LLC is a respected earthwork and utility contractor providing services in excavation, grading, trenching, and underground utilities. We are committed to safety, quality, and efficiency on every project. We are currently hiring a hardworking, dependable Laborer/Foreman to lead and support crews in the field. We are looking for an experienced Laborer/Foreman who is capable of performing hands-on site work while also supervising and guiding field crews. This dual-role position involves physical labor tasks as well as leadership responsibilities to help ensure smooth day-to-day job site operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead crew members on excavation, utility, and grading projects Perform physical labor including trenching, pipe laying, compacting, and material handling Read and interpret plans and site drawings Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials on site Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols Coordinate daily tasks and communicate with project managers and other site supervisors Track progress and report any issues or delays Train and mentor less experienced crew members Job Type: Full-time Pay: $ $35.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: Multiple locations
