Hydrologic & Hydraulic (H&H) Engineer
Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid Schedule)
Compensation: $70,000 – $120,000 (DOE)

Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's in Civil or Water Resources Engineering (or related field)
5+ years of Hydrologic & Hydraulic (H&H) engineering experience
Hands-on experience with FEMA LOMR/MT-2 floodplain mapping & stormwater management design
Proficiency in HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, ICPR, Civil 3D, and GIS
MT-2 regulatory experience
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Desire to mentor junior engineers and lead projects
PE License preferred (EIT considered for strong candidates) Key Responsibilities Conduct H&H modeling for stormwater, riverine, and floodplain systems Perform flood risk assessments, drainage studies, and mitigation planning Design & evaluate stormwater systems, culverts, and detention basins Lead FEMA (C)LOMR/MT-2 submissions and technical documentation Collaborate with clients, agencies, and multidisciplinary teams Support permitting and regulatory compliance for water resource projects Prepare technical reports and project documentation Why This Role?
