RetroAIM, LLC is seeking a dependable and proactive Field Operations Support Specialist to support our Operations and Project Management teams. This role plays a key part in coordinating material and ladder distribution, maintaining warehouse operations, and ensuring smooth communication between field staff and management. Occasional insulation services may also be required. Key Responsibilities: Delivery of materials, ladders and equipment to jobsites. Maintain, track and organize warehouse inventory. Clean off jobsites of materials, ladders and equipment. Fabricate job specific materials (Metal, 90s, etc.). Maintain and keep the warehouse clean. Communicate with Operations Managers/Project Managers and coordinate work activities. Safety Management- Support project team by ensuring insulators have the right tools to perform their job safely. Material Procurement/Equipment Management – Assist in sourcing and managing necessary materials and equipment for project execution. Interacting with customers and employees. Maintain professional, positive and helpful demeaner while interacting with customers and employees. Problem solving and communicating issues to supervisors as needed. Job Requirements & Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Enforce site safety policies, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols. Communicate effectively with project managers and operation managers. Maintain accurate daily logs, site reports, and project documentation, including material usage and labor hours. Coordinate material deliveries and manage the inventory of HVAC insulation supplies on-site. Strong understanding of mechanical insulation materials, applications, and industry standards (e.g., fiberglass, elastomeric, mineral wool, cellular glass). Knowledge of construction safety regulations, including OSHA standards and NFPA codes. Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate effectively with multiple teams. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as required. Ability to pass federal background requirements for base access. Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred but not required.
