Act as a visible and approachable resource for employees and supervisors. Lead recruitment processes for both hourly and salaried positions, from job postings to extending offers. Facilitate an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires. Provide coaching to leaders on performance management, communication, and employee engagement strategies. Ensure adherence to HR policies and employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, and EEO. Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and attendance to ensure accurate processing. Collaborate with EHS and plant leadership to promote a safety-first culture. Drive employee engagement through recognition programs and cultural initiatives. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong understanding of HR laws and compliance standards. Proficiency with HRIS systems, with a preference for Workday experience. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work across multiple shifts and be present on the production floor. Leadership qualities with an approachable personality and the ability to influence others.
