Working closely with our HR Business Partner, you'll be instrumental in coordinating essential HR processes as we transition from paper-based to digital systems.
What You'll Do
Support HR Programs: Help execute talent management processes, including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Be an Employee Champion: Serve as a trusted resource, professionally addressing employee concerns and supporting a transparent, feedback-driven culture. Master Onboarding: Manage the full onboarding experience for new hires, from paperwork to orientation and first-week planning. Aid Talent Development: Support managers with performance and development tools, facilitate supervisor training, and track performance feedback. Ensure Compliance: Maintain accurate personnel files and leave documentation, ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred). 3-5 years of full-scope HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or high-volume industrial setting. Solid understanding of federal and state employment laws (EEO, FMLA, ADA, wage & hour, OSHA). Experience supporting hourly workforces and collaborating with operations leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG, ADP, Paycor). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build credibility at all levels. High personal integrity, a "roll up your sleeves" attitude, and a natural ability to build relationships, especially with hourly employees and production leadership.
