Leasing Consultant role at Asset Living Asset Living is a third-party management firm and a proven partner in fostering thriving communities nationwide. Founded in 1986, Asset Living has decades of experience delivering value to our partners across multiple property types. Responsibilities
Property Leasing and Administration Regular/daily onsite attendance is required Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease Conduct all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and required follow-up Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turn process Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to prospect leads within 24 hours Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and achieve leasing goals Perform various administrative tasks as needed Address resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure resident satisfaction Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs (e.g., resident functions, promotions, monthly newsletter) Contribute to the upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model Marketing & Outreach: assist in implementing annual marketing plan outreach Review market surveys/analysis to generate ideas and plans Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; complete weekly market survey report Customer & Resident Relations: manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround Project a favorable image of the community and uphold property objectives Ensure consistency in dealings with residents Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor Education/Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements Physical Requirements
Regular movement about the work site; communicate with others and perform repetitive motions Ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and remain stationary for periods Occasional movement in various environments, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, operate machinery/vehicles as needed, and work overtime, nights, weekends At Asset Living, compensation decisions consider factors such as skill set, background and training, certifications, etc. Our total rewards package includes medical/dental/vision/life, 401K with employer matching, and commission/bonuses where applicable. Full-time employees receive paid sick days and holidays.
Salary Range
