This position supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and motivating a team of associates in alignment with The Umstead's Vision and Values. What You'll Do
Supervise and support Front Office operations to ensure seamless check-in, check-out, and guest service. Act as a liaison between guests, associates, and management, resolving issues with professionalism and care. Assist in scheduling, training, and coaching associates to maximize performance and service standards. Monitor room revenue opportunities, yield management, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and guest satisfaction. What We're Looking For
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in Front Office or Hotel Operations. Knowledge of Opera PMS and hotel operations technology preferred. Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver luxury service. Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
