We're Lendz, a modern mortgage lender building a team as forward-thinking as our approach. We're looking for a sharp, resourceful, and people-focused Senior HR Generalist to own everything HR (except recruiting) and keep our People Operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll design and deliver programs that make Lendz a place where great people do their best work from benefits and performance management to learning initiatives and culture-building projects. If you're equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to solve a problem today and mapping out a better process for tomorrow, we want to meet you. This role is based at our Fort Lauderdale headquarters, with flexibility to work from home two days a week once training is complete. What You'll Do Champion Learning & Growth
Identify gaps in training and career development across the company. Design, launch, and see through L&D programs from concept to implementation and measurement. Create opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth at every level. Own Benefits & Compensation
Lead day-to-day benefits administration as the go-to resource for employees. Support benefits strategy and partner on initiatives to keep plans competitive. Strengthen Performance Management
Coordinate and improve performance review cycles and continuous feedback, ensuring feedback and development are ongoing. Gather, report results, and suggest improvements to leadership. Partner with managers to weave feedback and growth conversations into everyday work. Keep Us Compliant & Current
Maintain and update HR policies and handbook. Ensure compliance with employment laws you don't need to be a legal expert, but you do need to be resourceful and confident in figuring it out. Elevate the Employee Experience

5+ years of progressive HR experience in a growing company environment. Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through Passion for both benefits strategy/administration and building L&D programs. A builder's mindset comfortable in the details but excited to innovate. Positive, collaborative, and "no task too small" mindset Tech-savvy and eager to leverage tools to make work better.
