Onsite
Coordinator
to work with one of our biggest clients in Bessemer, Alabama. If you are passionate about people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for building and leading teams, we want to hear from you! As the HR/Recruiting Coordinator, youll play a crucial role in shaping our clients workforce, ensuring smooth staffing operations within a vibrant warehouse setting. Additionally, you will be the key bridge connecting the client, employees, and our Automation Personnel Services branch in Birmingham, fostering effective communication and collaboration. This position offers a blend of recruitment, human resources, and team-building tasks, providing a well-rounded and fulfilling career experience. Pay Rate $37K-$45K annually Recruit, screen, and interview applicants for proper placement. Process payroll, oversee time-keeping, and handle workers compensation reporting. Counsel employees and manage attendance, performance, and production reports. Communicate open positions to branch offices and interact with HR regularly. Check in new employees at the start of each shift. Listen to and apply constructive criticism.
Onsite Coordinator Qualifications & Requirements
A background as an on-site coordinator in a manufacturing facility is essential. Experience in HR, team building, customer service, and proficiency with computer systems is also required. Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with various stakeholders and handle employee relations with empathy and professionalism. The ability to think on your feet, resolve issues promptly, and improve processes continually.
Job Type Full-time, temporary with temp-to-hire opportunities.
