Digital Growth Manager
to build, shape, and scale our brand identitystarting with a powerful, conversion-focused digital presence. Position Summary
You will lead the charge in strengthening RobotLABs brand, with a primary focus on the website. You will own the websites content strategy, SEO, AEO, and conversion funnels, ensuring it attracts qualified traffic and drives measurable sales growth. Beyond the website, you will support digital initiatives that amplify brand awareness, position RobotLAB as an industry leader, and generate inbound demand. Youll collaborate closely with sales, product, and executive leadership to ensure our messaging and digital presence connect with our target audiences. Responsibilities Own and optimize the companys website
as the primary demand-generation channelmanaging content, SEO, AEO, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and user experience. Develop and execute strategies to
drive qualified traffic and increase lead conversion rates . Develop strategies to ensure RobotLABs content is surfaced not just in search results but also in
AI-driven answers, snippets, and voice queries . Manage ongoing content production (webpages, landing pages, blogs, case studies, videos) to support sales and brand positioning. Monitor and analyze traffic, conversion data, and SEO performance to continuously improve ROI. Align website and digital campaigns with sales objectives, ensuring messaging moves leads through the funnel. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. Stay current with digital marketing trends, competitor positioning, and new tools to identify growth opportunities. Engage in online forums, communities, and discussions to manage and improve RobotLABs brand reputation.
You Are a Great Fit If You
Have 3+ years in digital marketing, with direct experience
owning and optimizing websites
for traffic growth and conversion. Are skilled in SEO, CRO, and web analytics. Know how to tell a brand story across multiple mediums, especially through the website. Have experience collaborating with developers to bring web strategies to life.
Required
3+ years in digital marketing with proven
website ownership
(SEO, CRO, content strategy). Familiarity with web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) and CMS platforms. Adobe Creative Suite proficiency. Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Hubspot, or similar tools.
Preferred
Marketing experience in robotics, AI, or tech-driven industries. Experience with advanced SEO strategies and conversion optimization tools (e.g., Hotjar, SEMrush, A/B testing platforms). Experience optimizing for
search snippets, FAQs, voice queries, and structured data . Have experience marketing to the B2B
hospitality industry
(e.g., hotels, restaurants)
