As a Sales Recruitment Consultant, youll manage the
full recruitment cycle , working directly with both clients and candidates while running your own sales desk. Your responsibilities will include: Prospecting and building new client relationships across high-growth industries Pitching, negotiating, and closing recruitment partnerships Sourcing, screening, and placing top talent with your clients Managing the full recruitment process from first call to final offer Becoming an expert in your market and building long-term partnerships
