Weekly paychecks Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options Medical / Dental Insurance $20.00 - $25.00 / Hour Temp to Hire Temporary or Contract 1st Shift Manage the full employee lifecycle process, including preparing offer letters, processing paperwork, and managing exit procedures. Maintain accurate employee records in our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Generate reports and analyze data as needed. Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Liaise with benefits providers and resolve employee issues. Assist with payroll processing by collecting timesheets, verifying data, and addressing employee payroll inquiries. Manage HR department calendars, schedule meetings, prepare presentations, handle correspondence, and maintain office supplies. Excellent admin skills Must have strong Excel skills Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Bachelors Background Check Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old
