Overview
Senior Engagement Manager, ProServe Shared Delivery Team Engagement Management AWS Professional Services (ProServe). The ProServe team is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Engagement Manager (EM) to lead the delivery of complex cloud solution projects. You will combine technical expertise with strong project leadership to drive successful implementations of AWS-based solutions for clients. You will bridge business requirements with technical solutions, facilitate technical discussions, and ensure alignment with customer outcomes. You will apply AWS frameworks such as Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework, translating customer needs into clear technical requirements, decomposing complex problems, and making trade-off decisions considering performance, scalability, security, and business impact. Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projects. Leverage knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning. Bridge business requirements with technical solutions; facilitate engineering discussions and ensure alignment with customer outcomes. Distil customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes. Decompose complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions. Contribute to technical documentation and define documentation standards. Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience in cloud computing. 5+ years in project management of technical programs. 5+ years of experience in consulting and working with enterprise customers. 5+ years of experience with customer cloud transformation activities to ensure successful delivery of solutions. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications
AWS experience preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate. Strong understanding of AWS services, architectures, and best practices. Experience applying AWS frameworks like Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework. Proven ability to establish technical credibility with engineering teams and senior technical decision-makers.
