Part-Time Hr Generalist

Recruitment Support: Assist with sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork and orientation. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve workplace concerns. Facilitate communication between employees and management to ensure strong workplace relationships. Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and internal HR policies. Maintain employee records and confidentiality in alignment with company standards. Benefits Administration: Provide support in managing employee benefits programs, including enrollments and troubleshooting. Assist employees with questions or issues related to benefits. Training and Development: Support the delivery of internal training programs. Help identify development opportunities for employees. General HR Support: Maintain and update HR databases and documentation. Assist the HR team in special projects and initiatives as needed. Requirements: Experience: 2+ years of relevant Human Resources experience, preferably as an HR Generalist. Familiarity with HR systems and experience in fast-paced environments is a plus. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience considered. Skills: Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
