Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating commercial office construction projects. Support the Project Manager in managing subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. Track project progress, budgets, and documentation. Help prepare and review contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals. Attend site visits and project meetings to ensure alignment across teams. Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. 2-4 years of experience in commercial construction project coordination or management. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
