We're looking for a
Jr. Endpoint Management Engineer
to support and improve our endpoint infrastructure while contributing to Microsoft 365 administration. This role is ideal for someone with junior sysadmin experience who's ready to grow into a broader, more impactful role across both endpoint and cloud technologies.
You'll work closely with IT leadership on projects, escalations, and platform improvements. The right candidate is hands-on, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to connect the dots across systems and services. Key Responsibilities: Endpoint & Device Management (50%)
Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune and AutoPilot. Package and deploy apps, patches, and custom configurations. Monitor endpoint security with Microsoft Defender and Carbon Black. Maintain mobile (Android/iOS) MDM environments and WYSE terminals. Create and deploy PowerShell scripts and remediation policies. M365 & Identity Admin (50%) Support Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and OneDrive administration. Configure and manage Conditional Access, Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), and MFA. Set up and manage enterprise applications and provisioning. Help with project rollouts, onboarding/acquisitions, and security improvements. Act as escalation point for complex endpoint/O365 tickets. What You Bring:
1-3 years in a Jr. O365 Administrator or endpoint management role. Hands-on experience with Intune, AutoPilot, and M365 admin. Familiar with scripting (PowerShell) and basic cloud identity/security concepts. Comfortable working independently, handling ambiguity, and supporting projects. Nice to Have:
Experience with Defender for Endpoint, Carbon Black, or BYOD management. Exposure to Azure, Entra ID, or enterprise identity tools. Past involvement in IT projects like migrations or rollouts.
