Architect, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune solutions to manage endpoints and ensure security. Implement and oversee conditional access, security baselines, compliance policies, and endpoint protection. Troubleshoot Intune-related issues, including app deployment, device enrollment, and policy enforcement. Manage cloud migration projects and endpoint security initiatives Integrate Intune with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and other Microsoft 365 security tools. Collaborate with IT teams to enhance device provisioning, Windows Autopilot, and automated configurations. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security frameworks, and corporate policies. Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and provide proactive improvements. Educate colleagues and stakeholders on best practices for cloud-based endpoint management. Develop and maintain documentation for Intune configurations and procedures. Working Conditions: Onsite, Columbus, OH Open office environment Domestic travel as needed Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Endpoint Manager. Strong knowledge of Windows Autopilot, Group Policy, PowerShell scripting, Automation, and cloud security principles. Understanding of Microsoft 365 Defender, conditional access, and cybersecurity best practices. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate) are a plus. Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed or as special projects/ demand Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure/on prem Active Directory, and related technologies. Deep understanding of NIST & CIS benchmarks (Compliance & Governance) Experience working in a Hybrid cloud environment, Virtual Machines, and cloud-based security solutions Experience with PowerShell & Automation, proven ability to write scripts for automation and configuration management. Experience in applying advanced analytic methodologies to business problems Ability to design scalable and efficient cloud solutions Assisting end-users and IT teams with troubleshooting and best practices Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds as needed. Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, masks/respirators, reflective safety vests, gloves and safety toe, construction-grade work boots when needed. Must be able to adhere to long periods of standing, walking, or sitting. Ability to hear, understand and distinguish speech and/or other sounds to operate phones or other equipment safely. With natural or corrected vision, able to see and focus for close, distance, peripheral vision with normal depth perception. Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word to impart oral information to others.
