$20.00/hr - $26.00/hr Position:

Help Desk Specialist Duration:

12 month contract, will continue to extend on a 12 month basis. Compensation:

$20-26/hour Desired Experience

4+ years of help desk or related experience Experience working with ServiceNow ticketing system Experience working with upper management and the c-suite on technical issues Experience with Microsoft 365 Ability to diagnose computer hardware and software Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Respond to emails and voicemails to prioritize urgent tech issues Review the ticketing system for overnight reports and align on daily goals in team meetings Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot, and document resolutions each morning Follow up on open tickets to ensure progress; escalate complex cases to specialized IT team members Handle account management tasks such as password resets and permission changes Provide ongoing support via phone, email, or direct visits Manage equipment setups for new hires or meeting spaces Demonstrate drive and excellent communication skills Seniority level
