Position

Noble is looking for a highly motivated, experienced sales and marketing manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for expanding our distribution and maintaining relationships with our current distributors, leading and managing sales and our sales team, and building and maintaining our marketing program.

What Youll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners and their sales reps. Increase sales volume and distribution by planning and executing strategic company sales initiatives. Keep Sales Team and distributor partners up to date on sales and marketing initiatives Manage and lead sales team Organize and lead weekly sales meetings with the sales team. Conduct meetings and business reviews with distributors and key retail accounts. Schedule and plan festival and event logistics Organize, maintain and distribute product and equipment for sales, tastings, festivals, and events Manage and maintain CRM software and sales tracking tools Establish and maintain a regular visit schedule for key on-premise and off-premise retail accounts. Leverage data tools and market insights to develop strategic sales plans opportunities Complete administrative tasks such as expenses, mileage, calendars, and price checks promptly and accurately. Coordinate and represent the brand at events, festivals, cider dinners, releases, and tastings when needed. Increase overall revenue by driving consumer traffic to both physical locations and the online store through strategic marketing initiatives. Oversee website content, ensuring timely updates on products, promotions, and upcoming events. Develop and implement effective social media strategies, including campaign planning, posting, and real-time monitoring, while also creating engaging content such as photos, videos, and graphics. Monitor the companys sales and marketing email and website inbox for new marketing opportunities, event inquiries, and answer customer inquiries. Manage the marketing calendar to ensure all company events are planned and promoted effectively and on time. Create, update and implement marketing and sale material for current products and new product launches Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, offering recommendations for optimization and reporting on key outcomes. Uphold a consistently professional image and demeanor in all business interactions.

Required Skills

Must demonstrate a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively while building solid relationships with our team, distributors, vendors and clients. Experience in beverage sales and marketing and existing relationships with vendors, distributors, and breweries are ideal Bachelors degree preferred, ideally with a focus in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A valid state drivers license and clean driving record are required. Outstanding communication and leadership skills, including public speaking and delivering impactful presentations. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management abilities are essential for success in this role. Highly self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and confident, with high energy and a strong drive for success. Proficiency with computers and software Proven team management skills Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule, including visits to bars, restaurants, retail accounts, and distributors. Should have a strong working knowledge of the cider, wine, beer or liquor industry. Ideal candidates will be excited about the opportunity to grow with a well-established company in the Carolinas and ready to invest time and energy into building a long-term career. Physical Requirements

Able to lift 55 lbs. from ground to shoulder high Able to lift 110 lbs. from ground to waist high and moving 150 lbs. along the floor Able to climb stairs, ramps, ladders Selected candidate will be required to pass a post-offer, pre-employment background and driver's license check.
