Job Description The position will be responsible for ensuring compliance with International Customs and Domestic trade regulations for Zurn Elkay corporate markets and plants located in the US, Canada, and Middle East/EMEA across the Water Solutions platform. This includes but is not limited to: Denied Party Screening, Anti-boycott and Sanctions, AES, ECCN, Marking and Labeling Requirements, reporting and subsequent policies and associated training. The colleague will work closely with suppliers, internal company functions and governmental agencies to provide 100% accurate declarations to Customs. Key Accountabilities Manage Export Compliance Program
Supervise Trade Compliance Analysts
Work closely with business units, and other Trade Compliance team members to manage export compliance activities in multiple jurisdictions; ensure compliance with U.S., Canadian, EMEA Government Regulations.
Serve as internal resource and provide guidance to business units on Export Duties, Valuation, Classification, Country of Origin, Drawback, AES, clearance operations and other topics.
Manage partners with Logistics to facilitate appropriate compliance, vendor selection and vendor management when using couriers or other shared vendors
Monitor export, customs, and other relevant regulations, determine impact, create necessary compliance programs, advise affected business units regarding implications and requirements
Create and conduct appropriate training. Communicate export compliance policies and procedures to business units
Manage and update export compliance manual and related standard work; develop other policies and procedures as need to support compliance
Develop internal controls and audit processes for compliance as well as conduct audits
Work closely with engineers to determine export classification (ECCN) of products and parts
Assist with Trade Compliance IT logic as needed
Work on cross functional projects with other stakeholders
Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related area of study
7+ years of relevant Global Trade Compliance experience
Customs Broker License preferred
Management experience preferred
Microsoft Office skills required with strong Excel and database skills.
Excellent leadership skills to create a culture of compliance throughout functions, levels and platforms in the organization.
Excellent verbal / written communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively
Familiarity with Export Control a plus

The compensation range identified below are a good faith estimate of the salary expected to be paid as performed from these locations. Actual salaries may vary based on compensable factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, education and training, and other relevant business and organizational factors. Most candidates will start in the lower half of the range. Salary Range: $105,000 - $145,000 Total Rewards and Benefits
