Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of projects from preconstruction to closeout. Work closely with clients and design teams to develop concepts and budgets. Participate in proposal meetings, review scope, discuss cost reductions, and negotiate contracts. Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout process. Identify opportunities to procure materials or equipment directly. Collaborate with Project Superintendent on subcontractor scopes, schedules, and logistics. Lead preconstruction planning meetings to address constructability and sequencing issues. Conduct on-site meetings during construction to review progress and resolve challenges. Manage project performance against budget, and prepare financial reports and owner payments. Ensure a positive and safe construction environment for all involved. Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field. 5-7 years of construction management or engineering design experience. Experience with industrial, cold storage, food & beverage, manufacturing, or data center projects preferred. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
