Responsibilities: Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management suite, including: IBM Engineering Workflow Management (EWM) IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) IBM Rhapsody Perform all administrative functions for the IBM Engineering tools, including user management, license management, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Provide technical support and training to engineering teams on the effective use of the IBM Engineering tools. Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain documentation related to the IBM Engineering tools and processes. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the seamless integration of the IBM Engineering tools with other systems. Manage and maintain the DB2 database associated with the IBM Engineering tools. Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. Stay up-to-date on the latest IBM Engineering tools and technologies. Qualifications: Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as an IBM Engineering SME, with in-depth knowledge of: IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) IBM Engineering Workflow Management (EWM) IBM Rhapsody Experience performing administrative tasks and providing support for IBM Engineering tools. Experience with DB2 database administration and management. Valid Security+ certification. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience with the following IBM Engineering tools: IBM DOORS IBM DOORS Web Access (DWA) IBM Rational Publishing Engine (PUB) IBM Method Composer Experience with web-based tools and technologies.
