The Office Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the firm. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in professional services operations. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency across administrative functions Manage office budgets, vendor relationships, and supply inventory Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and internal communications Assist with HR functions such as onboarding, timekeeping, and employee relations Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in office procedures Maintain client confidentiality and uphold firm policies Support attorneys with case management logistics and document handling Troubleshoot office issues and implement process improvements Qualifications
