Start your new career as a Shipping & Receiving Specialist with MAU at The Bernard Group in Duncan, SC. As a Shipping & Receiving Specialist, you will manage incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely, damage-free deliveries. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

High school diploma, GED, OR equivalent work experience 2+ years of shipping/receiving experience - preferred Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, and transportation management systems Basic computer skills (Google Suite, Pace) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods Experience in a production or manufacturing setting - preferred Printing industry experience is a plus What You'll Do as a Shipping & Receiving Specialist:
Unload, inspect, and organize incoming materials Verify shipments against packing lists and purchase orders Document and label inventory accurately Store and move materials safely using forklifts or pallet jacks Maintain a clean and safe shipping/receiving area Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams Package outbound items to prevent damage Record accurate weights and dimensions for shipping Process shipments using FedEx, UPS, and internal systems Monitor packaging inventory and notify when restocking is needed Support continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
