Overview The Product Management Manager directly owns and drives the complete product lifecycle, from development through production for TT&G. They partner with Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, R&D, and Sourcing offices to execute the Performance product strategy. This role is responsible for optimizing product innovation, pricing, lead time, and quality to deliver the best overall value for the brand. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lead project management across cross-functional teams ensuring alignment on quality, packaging, and testing requirements Drive RL Sustainability goals implementation Execute vendor allocation strategies aligned with sourcing objectives Own price negotiations for launch and replenishment ordersProduct Development & Execution: Partner with Design on approvals and product standards compliance Manage development WIP and material approvals Create and maintain PLM material setups Drive optimized lead-times from development to store delivery Order and track development/showroom samplesCross-Functional Partnership:Align execution strategies with Brand, Sourcing offices and Product Integrity Partner with Merchandising and sourcing teams on platforming Creates DC Kitting guides in Collaborate with Production operations Facilitate resolution of development roadblocksTimeline & Process Management: Develop and own vendor timelines sample approvals (this is split between graphic design and packaging operations) Monitor/maintain weekly T&A and WIP tracking Proactively manage vendor communications for development and production issues Experience, Skills & Knowledge Experience in Hard goods & Tabletop product development and production Strong communication and cross-functional team collaboration skills; ability to work closely with Design, Technical Design,R&D, and Merchandising Teams, as well as Sourcing Offices (not happening in Packaging) Strong organizational skills with detailed attention to product information Strong computer skills; excel, outlook, PLM Ralph Lauren will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records in a manner consistent with the requirements of the law, including any applicable fair chance laws.
