You'll play a foundational role on initiatives that drive end-to-end automation of the Knit platform, while collaborating closely with our other distributed product, engineering, and AI teams. Lead discovery with customers to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and needs while continuing to define and refine Knit's Product Vision Translate outcomes into clear, actionable initiatives aligned with company goals for an entire pod, including design, AI, and fullstack engineers Demonstrate impact of new features using qualitative and quantitative methods, including product analytics, user interviews, and internal stakeholder reviews Continuously evangelize the vision and strategy across the company, ensuring buy-in and alignment from key stakeholders (Exec, Engineering, AI, Research, GTM teams) Prioritize ruthlesslyfocus the team on what matters most and keep them aligned on goals Execution & Delivery Own the end-to-end lifecycle of feature delivery from specs to launch - providing clear, concise requirements for design and engineering teams Define and track success metrics for product launches Partner with engineering to ensure timelines, technical trade-offs, and quality standards are met Customer & Stakeholder Alignment Regularly gather feedback from internal and external users to inform product decisions, including meeting directly with customers (occasionally onsite) Collaborate with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to ensure launches are conducted smoothly and supported with the right materials, including sales enablement Process & Mindset Champion a bias toward action, learning, and iteration Constantly improve our product development process, rituals, and documentation Be a source of structure and clarity in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Required Skills & Experiences | Who You Are
