Lead ground-up and large-scale renovation projects ($25M-$100M). Collaborate with precon and estimating teams early in project lifecycle. Direct subcontractor procurement and contract execution. Manage internal APMs and coordinate closely with field teams. Ensure compliance with safety, schedule, and budget goals. Serve as the face of the company for owners, architects, and consultants. 10+ years of experience in project management for a GC or CM. Experience managing $25-100M ground-up projects from precon through turnover. Familiar with multifamily and commercial construction. Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam and Excel. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. Strong coordination, leadership, and client-facing skills. What's on Offer
