Their construction arm has completed over 16,000 units, with a strong focus on cost discipline, schedule control, and high-quality execution. This is a company known for delivering ambitious projects with precision, integrity, and long-term value.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of project execution: scheduling, budgeting, quality, risk management, and subcontractor coordination. Collaborate with internal development, design, and field teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables. Maintain strict control over timelines, costs, and construction quality throughout all phases. Conduct regular site visits and hold trade partners accountable for safety, compliance, and performance. Prepare and present project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. Ensure all permitting, inspections, and final sign-offs are executed according to plan. Build strong relationships with city officials, vendors, and consultants to facilitate seamless project flow.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong preference for multifamily or wrap projects. Proven track record in building and construction. Strong technical knowledge of building systems, construction sequencing, and project delivery. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar platforms. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
