What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field - 0-2 years of work experience in a relevant role - Strong analytical skills with a quantitative mindset and problem-solving ability - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with financial modeling and resident analytics - Familiarity with real estate markets and property management practices - Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
