What is Required
3-5 years of analytics experience focused on Real Estate and Property analytics for a retail business Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field Strong analytical and presentation skills with in-depth knowledge of financial statements Exceptional written and oral communication skills Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
How to Stand Out
Experience in high-volume, vertically integrated retail operations Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Microsoft PowerBI Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, Tango Analytics/MRI ProLease, and/or Adaptive CPA, CFA, and/or MBA credentials
