The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a
Process Improvement Manager
to join our Administration team. The Process Improvement Manager will play a vital role in overseeing and driving the successful execution and implementation of projects within our organization. This position will plan, organize, and manage projects that will help teams meet KPI targets, create change toward efficiency, increase program sustainability, and increase vertical integration of revenue between the 18 programs within The Buckeye Ranchs continuum of care. The Process Improvement Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices to create a culture of excellence.

Qualifications
Who you are:
You have a bachelors degree. You have four years of relevant working experience. You have an active drivers license and proof of auto insurance.
