Overview
Job Purpose:
The Sr Director of PMO is a critical, enterprise-wide leadership role responsible for shaping and driving the execution of TouchTunes strategic priorities across all business functions. Reporting directly to the EVP of Operation, this role has full autonomy to design, build, and scale a lean, adaptable PMO that supports both strategic transformation and day-to-day program execution. This leader will serve as the connective tissue across departmentsturning vision into actionable programs, enabling cross-functional alignment, and accelerating innovation at scale. Responsibilities
Strategic Transformation & Governance Translate company vision into an actionable, measurable transformation roadmap Partner with the EVP Operations, CEO, and department leaders to define and prioritize multi-year initiatives Establish governance models and steering mechanisms to ensure disciplined execution and visibility Build and scale the PMO team and operating model from the ground up Oversee cross-functional programs to ensure on-time, on-budget, outcome-driven delivery Serve as senior escalation point for program risk management and execution bottlenecks Define and manage portfolio planning cycles (quarterly/annual), aligning resourcing with priorities Operational Excellence & Tooling Standardize PM tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Confluence) across the org for planning and reporting Develop project frameworks, playbooks, onboarding toolkits, and templates Lead continuous improvement of delivery practices using feedback and maturity assessments Change Management & Enablement Design and execute change strategies tailored to stakeholder needs Champion adoption, mindset shifts, and organizational readiness for transformation Partner with People/HR to embed change capabilities across the employee experience Executive Communication & Stakeholder Alignment Deliver high-clarity reports, dashboards, and recommendations to the C-suite (ie: Enterprise calendar, active project priority list with status, etc...) Facilitate cross-functional decision-making, tradeoff conversations, and risk mitigation Ensure alignment and transparency across Product, Engineering, Marketing, CX, Sales, and IT Required Qualifications
8+ years in program/project management, with 3+ years in a PMO or transformation leadership role Demonstrated experience launching or restructuring a PMO in a tech-driven organization Strong knowledge of hybrid project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean) Expertise in using tools like Asana, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications (PMP, PgMP, SAFe, etc.) preferred Work Requirements
Able to lead in a dynamic, matrixed environment with minimal oversight Strategic thinker with strong operational discipline and attention to detail High EQ, influencing skills, and executive presence Willing to travel occasionally for cross-site or offsite leadership collaboration Whats in it for you
