Digital Realty is looking for a Partner GTM and Enablement - Manager in support of our broader digital transformation needs in the company. The company has recently gone through significant changes, making this an exciting time to join. This period of growth offers excellent career development opportunities. You will support Global Partner Enablement and GTM activities, build stakeholder alignment, and optimize tools and systems. Additionally, you will conduct needs analyses to identify knowledge gaps and improvement opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You will collaborate with Channel Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to enhance partner success through training, enablement programs, and GTM initiatives. What Youll Do Partner Support Serve as a point of contact for partners using the PRM portal. Provide training and support on portal usage. Address partner inquiries, issues, and escalations related to the portal. Coordinate partner enablement initiatives, including training and certification tracking.

Content

Develop and maintain portal content in collaboration with internal teams and partners. Ensure content relevance, accuracy, and alignment with enablement goals. Organize content for easy navigation and access.

Reporting and Analytics

Generate reports on portal usage, engagement, and feedback. Analyze data to identify trends and improvement areas. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance partner engagement.

Partner Portal Management

Maintain and update the PRM portal with accurate information and resources. Customize the portal to meet organizational and partner needs.

Continuous Improvements

Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in partner management. Propose and implement portal enhancements based on insights and feedback.

Business Process Management

Maintain policies to ensure alignment and collaboration with sales teams. Identify knowledge gaps and develop related content or training. Manage other assigned tasks periodically.

What Youll Need

BA/BS degree with 3+ years relevant experience in channel sales, enablement, GTM strategy, or analytics. Strong project management and organizational skills. Expertise in MS Excel, MS Access, and handling large datasets. Knowledge of Salesforce.com; Oracle CPQ, Clari, and Anaplan are a plus. Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau. Analytical problem-solving skills and independent thinking. Excellent communication skills. Highly organized with good time management and attention to detail. Ability to work across global teams and time zones. Self-starter with ownership and follow-through skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
