Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction Recruit, train, and develop front-of-house team members Partner with the culinary team to deliver seamless service and uphold quality standards Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory controls Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards at all times Assist in executing marketing and community engagement initiatives Support financial goals by managing budgets, sales, and cost controls What Were Looking For
3+ years of restaurant management experience (NYC experience strongly preferred) Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proven track record of driving sales and maintaining profitability Knowledge of NYC health and safety regulations Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Why Join Us
