We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. This individual will work directly with the General Manager and executive team to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure that the guest experience is consistently best-in-class. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring seamless service and hospitality standards. Train, coach, and develop FOH staff with a focus on consistency, guest engagement, and efficiency. Collaborate with the culinary and bar teams to maintain alignment between service, food, and beverage programs. Manage scheduling, floor plans, and labor costs to ensure operational efficiency. Drive culture by leading pre-shift meetings, team communication, and fostering accountability. Assist with guest relations, handling feedback and resolving issues with professionalism. Monitor financial performance, including P&L oversight, cost controls, and reporting. Support private events and special programming as needed. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations. Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Proven track record of building guest relationships and driving repeat business. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Financial acumen with experience managing labor, COGS, and P&L performance. A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering memorable experiences. Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
