Overview

JRAD is seeking candidates for a contingent hire position supporting the US Army Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS) G-8. This is an onsite position at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA. Description

JRAD is recruiting a Senior Analyst - Modernization Integration & Readiness to support the Army G-8 in multiple divisions. By applying to this posting, you will be considered for placement in one of several specialized roles based on your background and expertise. This position is contingent upon contract award. Regular CONUS/OCONUS travel is required. Modernization Integration & Readiness (FDM):

Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes, Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) integration, Regionally Aligned Readiness and Modernization Model (ReARMM) expertise. Responsibilities

Support capability requirements validation through AROC/JROC Develop investment strategies and program documentation Conduct analyses for doctrine, training, and sustainment Brief senior Army leadership and prepare Congressional testimony Coordinate with stakeholders across DoD and industry Support Total Army Analysis (TAA), Force Feasibility Review (FFR), and Army Equipping and Modernization Conference (AEMC) processes Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree 5+ years Force Development experience at senior Army levels such as HQDA, MACOMs, or Army Service Component Commands Domain expertise in relevant portfolio area Familiarity with Army acquisition and modernization processes Certifications Desired

Requirements Management Certification Training (RMCT) Level-A or C Must complete within 6 months: How the Army Runs (HTAR), Action Officer Integration Course (AOIC), Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) courses Technical Skills

Familiarity with Army databases (Army Equipping Enterprise System Modern [AE2S-M], Capabilities and Army Requirements Oversight Council (AROC) Management System [CAMS], Cloud Equipping [cQUIP], etc.) Microsoft Office suite expertise Knowledge of JCIDS, DoDI 5000.2, PPBE, and AROC processes Security Clearance
