Facilitate the operative or other invasive procedure by preparing and providing the required sterile instruments; supplies; and equipment and maintains the sterile field while anticipating and responding to the needs of the surgical team. CSTs have a professional obligation to participate in committee activities; surveys; improvement initiatives; and continued education. Job Requirements
