What Youll Do
Partner on acquisition-related activities, including compensation, onboarding, benefits integration, and communication Improve and standardize HR processes across locations Serve as a go-to advisor for operations and field leaders on employee matters Support and help lead initiatives around talent acquisition, training, benefits, performance, and compliance Step in as a backup for payroll, leaves administration, and more Foster a positive, ethical, and productive workplace culture
What Were Looking For
5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally with exposure to multi-location or high-growth environments Bachelors degree in HR or related field (or equivalent work experience) SHRM-SCP or PHR preferred Strong command of HRIS systems (ADP experience is a bonus) A natural process improver with a bias toward action and initiative Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and wants to grow with a company thats going places
