Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs. Source applicants through databases, employee referrals, social media, networking, career and job fairs. Coordinate, attend and conduct interviews with managers and other stakeholders. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees. Foster a positive work environment through leading and participating in employee engagement initiatives. Support benefit enrollment and plan administration.

Education & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in human resources or related field of study Proven experience as a Recruiter Experience as an HR generalist and/or benefits administrator is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, along with HRIS, payroll and benefit systems, applicant tracking systems and resume databases. Preferred Qualifications:
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification credential. HRCI PHR Certified Professional or Talent Acquisition Specialty certification credential. AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) or LinkedIn Certified Professional Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organizations facilities. This is an onsite position at our Austell, GA office.
