Your impact: Were seeking a Geospatial Project Manager with a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license to join our collaborative team and lead a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and geospatial projects. This role is based in the Pacific Northwest and offers flexibility to work from your home office or a Jacobs office. Responsibilities Lead and manage geospatial components of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Serve as the Professional Land Surveyor in responsible charge for projects requiring licensure and professional oversight. Oversee and direct survey and geospatial teams performing field and office tasks. Mentor junior staff and support professional development within the team. Ensure contract obligations and client expectations are met or exceeded. Foster strong client relationships through responsive communication and high-quality service. Develop and maintain internal and external client networks. Contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives within the geospatial group. Prepare and review proposals, participate in interviews, and support business development efforts. Develop project budgets, schedules, and resource plans in collaboration with group leadership. Monitor project performance, implement process improvements, and manage change effectively. Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Manage project financials, invoicing, and follow-up on outstanding payments. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field. Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Washington State, or ability to obtain within 6 months. Minimum of 15 years of experience in the geospatial industry. At least 5 years of project management experience with direct client interaction and full project delivery responsibility. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and presentation skills. Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
Preferred qualifications
Experience with Department of Transportation (DOT) surveys and right-of-way engineering. Proven ability to lead teams and drive business growth. Visionary mindset with strategic thinking capabilities.

Posted salary range minimum and maximum are $128,500.00 and $219,500.00. The base salary range for this position is $128,500.00 to $219,500.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
