Service Desk Support Analyst
Boulder Community Health is seeking a Service Desk Support Analyst to provide technical support to Service Desk customers. Qualifications include an associate's degree in computer science, information technology, or other technical field, or two years of prior service desk or hands-on desktop support experience. Certifications required include CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), HDI Desktop Support Technician Certification, or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST). Other certifications may be substituted at the discretion of IT Management. A bachelor of science degree in a computer-related field can substitute for the certification requirement. A driver's license is required for off-site support. Experience in an enterprise setting is preferred. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues, prioritizing and completing user requests, documenting customer requests and resolutions, performing quality checks, using remote desktop tools, executing system downtime procedures, configuring and deploying hardware and software, maintaining equipment inventory, instructing others on computer equipment, and assisting with disaster recovery plan development.
