What You Will Do Troubleshoot press operation problems as needed Use precision measuring tools Set up and operate lathes, mills & surface grinders Be familiar with common troubleshooting and repair methods of progressive stamping dies Fitting, testing and improving of new dies Setting up and adding die protection Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience working with progressive dies Completion of a tooling program, or similar Apprenticeship or Degree.
