Tool And Die Specialist
Join a global leader in the development, engineering, design, and manufacturing of mass transfer and phase separation technology equipment. This role involves working with advanced technologies for the chemical, petrochemical, refining, and gas processing industries. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot press operation problems as needed. Use precision measuring tools effectively. Set up and operate lathes, mills, and surface grinders. Utilize common troubleshooting and repair methods for progressive stamping dies. Fit, test, and improve new dies. Set up and add die protection. Essential Skills: Experience working with progressive dies. Completion of a tooling program, apprenticeship, or related degree. Proficiency in using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and grinders. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in installing and tuning die protection. 10+ years' experience in progressive tooling preferred. Skill in reading blueprints and using CNC machinery.
