Exempt Responsibilities / Duties Serve as a community-building role model by actively engaging local business networks. Facilitate connections between franchisees in key markets while establishing a collaborative blueprint for others to follow. Conduct on-site and virtual evaluations of franchise marketing efforts to identify pain points, missed opportunities, and local strengths. Analyze performance data, customer personas, and engagement metrics to inform tailored marketing and operational strategies. Collaborate with franchisees to co-create action plans that align with local goals and national brand standards. Deliver hands-on training sessions (in-person and virtual) on marketing tools, platforms, and campaigns. Provide ongoing coaching and support with the operations team to ensure adoption and sustained success. Act as a liaison between corporate marketing & operations teams and franchisees, ensuring feedback flows both ways. Track and report on the effectiveness of local initiatives within internal tools, providing regular updates to leadership. Develop and maintain dashboards or scorecards to visualize franchisee performance and engagement with marketing programs. Host regular webinars or office hours to answer questions, share success stories, and build community among franchisees. Build strong, trust-based relationships with franchise owners and their teams to foster long-term collaboration. Champion franchisee voices in internal planning meetings to ensure their needs are reflected in national campaigns. Support franchisees in planning and executing local events, sponsorships, or community outreach initiatives. Serve as the subject matter expert for marketing platforms (e.g., CRM, email, social media schedulers). Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with vendors or internal teams to resolve them quickly. Monitor usage and adoption rates and proactively re-engage underutilized locations.

Qualifications

Proven track record executing localized marketing strategies that drive measurable results. Experience training and supporting non-marketing professionals in campaign execution and platform adoption. Action-driven personality with a strong ability to assess marketing performance and communicate gaps with solutions. Proficient in analyzing KPIs, customer personas, and engagement metrics. Ability to translate complex marketing concepts into actionable steps for franchisees. Comfortable acting as a liaison between cross-functional teams and external partners. Hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as CRMs, email marketing tools, social media schedulers, and local SEO tools. Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a passion for teaching and empowering others. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, decentralized environment with multiple stakeholders.

Education and Experience

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience in a marketing or brand support role will also be considered. 35 years of hands-on experience in field marketing, franchise marketing, or supporting multi-location brands, with a proven ability to adapt strategies across diverse markets and teams. Experience in both B2B and B2C environments is valued, especially where relationship-building and localized engagement are key to success.

Physical Requirements

The position requires 50% travel with 80-90% of that travel occurring DecemberApril. Work Environment
