Field Marketing Manager

Overview :
The Field Marketing Manager for Waxing the City is responsible for helping our studios thrive starting from day one. This role will focus on launching and growing both new and existing franchise locations across the country, working directly with studio owners to increase local brand awareness and drive new client acquisition.
You'll serve as the bridge between corporate brand strategy and on-the-ground local execution, helping franchisees implement proven tools, troubleshoot performance issues, and build sustainable marketing momentum. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about coaching small business owners, creating scalable systems, and making a measurable impact in a fast-growing beauty franchise.
Purpose/Impact (Duties & Essential Functions):
Studio Launch & Growth Support (60%)
Partner with new studio owners during pre-opening and ramp-up to establish a local marketing foundation. Build and evolve studio launch playbooks, including grassroots marketing, partnerships, events, CRM, and paid media best practices. Lead onboarding and coaching on local marketing tools, templates, and systems. Existing Studio Performance & Optimization (25%)
Serve as a trusted advisor to studio owners by analyzing local marketing performance, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements. Collaborate with analytics and paid media teams to flag underperforming studios and activate targeted support. Identify and share high-performing local marketing strategies across the network. Franchisee Engagement & Enablement (15%)
Review marketing support tickets (Jira) and ensure issues and requests are resolved in a timely manner. Train franchisees on marketing tools and platforms Identify recurring issues or requests from franchisees and proactively develop scalable solutions that will benefit the full franchise system. Facilitate ongoing franchisee training and marketing education through webinars, workshops, and 1:1 coaching. Partner cross-functionally with operations and support teams to align on marketing KPIs and field needs. Strengths:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in local marketing, brand marketing, or franchise support. Experience working with franchise businesses or opening brick-and-mortar locations preferred. Familiarity with marketing tools such as

Salary Range:
$80k - $90k
