We are seeking skilled Tool & Die Machinists to join our 2nd shift team. This position requires precision, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in machining operations. Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines for various machining processes. Interpret technical drawings and CAD models to determine machining requirements. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy of machined parts. Set up and operate Bridgeport type mills. Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any operational issues. Cut, shape, and form metal parts using manual drill press, lathes, power saws, snips, files, sand blasters, surface grinders, and mallets. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Essential Skills

Proficiency in using and reading micrometers and calipers. Experience in setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery and processes. Knowledge of Bridgeport, CNC mill, machining, tooling, die repair, manual mill, and manual machining. 3+ years of relevant experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with Haas machines. Experience with die maintenance and repair. Ability to use a variety of hand tools including precision tools. Why Work Here?

The shift operates from 2:30pm to 1am, Monday through Thursday, consisting of four 10-hour shifts. This is a Permanent position based out of Tecumseh, Michigan.
