Position Overview: Are you solutions oriented with an interest for working in a fast paced environment? We are looking for an individual with a strong background in Disaster Recovery and utilizing Agile delivery methodologies. Our Impact:

Our team is responsible for ensuring the resiliency of the enterprise's systems. Innovate to optimize system resiliency and disaster recovery. Ensuring the technology portfolio is designed to handle complex situations. Your Impact:

Develop, enhance, and maintain DR SOPs and documentation suite. Collaborate and build relationships with teams across multiple divisions. Perform annual DR testing in conjunction with technical and business teams. Capture and report on DR metrics. Identify gaps and/or enhancement opportunities to the enterprise's DR portfolio. Introduce automation to streamline the resiliency process. Qualifications:

5+ years of work experience in technical disaster recovery or related fields (IT Infrastructure, Architecture, etc.). Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred. Experience with project coordination / management. Experience with automation. Experience with VMWare SRM. Experience with AWS Cloud Services and Management. Preferred experience with storage, Unix, Databases (Oracle, MSSQL, Sybase, etc.). Ability to communicate effectively and lead meetings with large groups. Proficiency with Microsoft office365 application suite. Ability to work non-standard hours. Keys to Success in this Role:

Multitask and prioritize tasks. Lead meetings confidently with large groups. Build relationships with people across the enterprise. Understand technical infrastructure and how system resiliency applies to design. Utilize automation where possible to optimize process. Learn and pickup quickly in a fast moving / fluid environment.
