This leadership role focuses on incubating business within the Telecommunications ecosystem globally, with the goal of accelerating the adoption and proliferation of AI across the Telco vertical. You will be a leader on the telco team, primarily focusing on Global System Integrators (GSIs), to scale our business through these strategic ecosystem partners. The role requires strategic ecosystem thinking, execution in a highly matrixed organization, and delivery of sales results. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise, experience developing industry-specific joint solutions and taking these to market, be well networked within the Telco ecosystem, have deep knowledge of how GSIs operate, and have demonstrated the ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels within an organization. What You'll Be Doing Lead joint solution development with major GSI partners, integrating NVIDIA AI technology into their offerings and enabling new AI services. Develop and complete strategic go-to-market plans with Global System Integrators (GSIs) to accelerate AI adoption and drive growth in the Telco sector. Drive revenue and pipeline growth by championing NVIDIA's hardware, software, and partner ecosystem for Telco-specific solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally across NVIDIA and with partners to hit targets, enable GSI teams, and advance mutual thought leadership.

What We Need To See Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 12+ years overall experience with 10-12 years in complex partner business management in the Telecommunication industry. 10+ years managing large Global System Integrators (GSIs) globally. Proven ability to build and implement complex go-to-market strategies across matrixed organizations. Deep Telco network & operations expertise, including developing and launching Telco specific joint solutions. Extensive knowledge of GSI operations, enterprise computing software/services, and a track record of successful joint solutioning and GTM with partners. Outstanding partner and customer relationship skills, with a consistent track record of influencing effectively without direct authority. High energy, proactive, and adaptable, with outstanding communication skills for technical and executive audiences. Familiarity with modern computing techniques, AI markets within the Telco vertical, and NVIDIA products/services.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd Expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning applications. Experience with cloud, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. Experience in joint solutioning, product management and driving strategic growth and delivering new, customer-aligned products through partnerships. MBA or masters degree. Proficiency in leading complex global programs and diverse customer engagements.

Compensation and Benefits Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD.
